Drums (barrels) are made of steel or HDPE plastic and UN-approved. Both are food grade and suitable for contact with food products. Olive Oil in drums are properly sealed and protected from leakage. They save quality by preventing any contact with light, oxygen, and temperature fluctuations. Can be used for both transit and storing of the product. It will require a pump to extract the oil from the package and lifting equipment to move it around. But because they are a relatively manageable size, a pallet jack or just a trolley jack will be enough to move your olive oil drum around.

Drums are reusable and require maintenance services according to strict protocols, so we offer exchange package program for them.
