Canisters of 10 / 20 litres for Extra Virgin Olive Oil are made from food-grade HDPE plastic and its square shape helps with pallet efficiency. It also includes a carrying handle and has a screw-cap. Cans are opaque and sealed to protect olive oil against light exposure, oxygen, contamination, and the deterioration of its aroma and flavour. After opening the canister, it’s recommended to use a spout or spigot to minimise exposure of the olive oil to air and for controlled pouring.
